Teji joined my team on Six Sigma initiative in a "part time" role in 2000. Jointly she supported in conceptualizing the entire initiative, putting a structure, creating the DMAIC Training material and rollout plan.

Subsequently Teji rolled into a full-time member of the team, contributing in conducting training, mentoring and monitoring projects.

She followed the "practice what you preach" policy and improved the program as she took over the lead position. Her conviction about the value in such programs is what makes her so effective.
